I joined Hopscotch in February 2025 and have worked in childcare for 10 years as a Level 2 practitioner. Since starting, I’ve already begun my Level 3 childcare qualification through Hopscotch’s Apprenticeship Academy, which has been such a fantastic opportunity for growth. What I love most about Hopscotch is the strong focus on staff wellbeing — we have access to the Open Up app, offering online therapy and nutritional support. I also love the amazing team I work with; everyone is so supportive and always encourages me to develop into the best practitioner I can be.

From the very first day I felt incredibly supported. I was quite unsure of myself and very nervous at the beginning, but everyone has been so kind, patient, and always willing to share their knowledge. What I love the most about working here is the amazing atmosphere - it’s both warm and professional. The team truly knows what they’re doing, and there are so many opportunities for learning and training. I’m really happy to be part of such a supportive and inspiring environment.
