You’ll:

  • Lead by example & support the team

  • Serve high-quality food & drinks

  • Keep the café welcoming, clean & buzzing

  • Coach junior baristas & keep spirits high

You are:

  • Experienced in hospitality or food service

  • Friendly, energetic & reliable

  • Calm under pressure and great with people

  • Passionate about customer service

Bonus if you:

  • Have barista experience or café leadership experience
