Location: Harbourside, Hill Head
Pay Rate: £12.21 – £12.34 (21+) / £10.00 (18-20)
Position Type: Part-Time (16-20 hours per week)

Job Purpose:
As a Junior Barista, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operation of the café. Your mission is to offer friendly, efficient service and create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. Under the guidance of the Senior Barista, you'll assist with preparing and serving drinks and food, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable experience for all customers. This is a hands-on, learning-focused role ideal for someone passionate about hospitality and keen to develop their skills while delivering excellent service.
Essential Skills & Attributes:
-Passion for hospitality and food service.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
-Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
-Basic math and money handling skills.
-Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Experience:
-Previous barista training or experience in a similar role.
-Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
