🌈 We’re Hiring: Enthusiastic Room Leader for Pre-School Room @ our Botley setting | Full-Time | Monday to Friday (40 hours/week)

Are you an experienced childcare professional with a passion for leading and inspiring a team? We’re currently seeking a dedicated Room Leader to head our vibrant Under 2’s room, providing outstanding care and early years education in a nurturing environment.

👶 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and support a team of practitioners to deliver exceptional care and learning experiences
• Forge positive relationships with parents and their little ones through daily handover and initial settling in visits.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of room documentation and paperwork
• Champion the nursery to existing and prospective families
• Mentor your team to meet personal development goals and grow professionally

🎯 Desirable Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in childcare (e.g. nursery, after-school club, or school setting)
• Sound knowledge of OFSTED, EYFS, and relevant childcare policies
• Understanding of safeguarding procedures and the role of the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)
• Valid Paediatric First Aid, Food Hygiene, and Level 4 Safeguarding certificates

📅 Hours: Full-time or part-time positions available (Monday to Friday, 52 weeks year)

💼 Starting Salary: £31,595.20

⚖️ Includes an additional £0.30 per hour weighting allowance for Botley employees (Subject to terms and conditions)
