What You’ll Need:

• A minimum Level 3 Early Years Qualification.

• A proactive, caring attitude with a desire to support children’s learning and development.

• All successful applicants will be subject to safer recruitment checks, including a completed application form and an enhanced DBS check.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Room Leader in planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS framework.

• Assist in maintaining and cleaning toys and equipment, and report any safety concerns.

• Be a dependable and adaptable team member who contributes to a positive and professional environment.

• Build strong, open communication with parents and carers to encourage involvement in their child’s progress.

• Help create a fun, safe, and stimulating learning environment.

• Accurately complete all necessary documentation and follow all company procedures.

• Adhere to and uphold all company policies and report any concerns as appropriate.

Job Details:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday, 51 weeks per year

• Starting Salary: £28,204.80
